The above information are ongoing in media and destructing those with knowledge and bringing down those with nominal knowledge of Islam thereby misguiding them through TIME management rather than giving scientific methods of assumptions.

We react to these yet is ongoing. We advise so that others will not forward such information as the originator is not known or did it with hidden agenda or unknowingly threw such assumptions into social media ignorantly.

*ASSUMPTIONS:*

If:

1.  You lived for 60 years, and each day of your life, You slept 8hrs in the 60years, You would have spent exactly 20 years just sleeping.

2. You worked for 8hrs a day, You would have spent 20years just working.

3; Usually Childhood takes 15 years.

4. Sat on the dining table twice a day for thirty minutes, You would have spent 3years just eating.

Now...

Addition of sleep (20yrs) + work (20yrs)+childhood (15yrs)+meals(3yrs) =58years. 

Subtracting from the total number of yrs (60yrs), you have ONLY 2years remaining. 

*What Will be your answer on the day of judgment when you're asked about your time on earth?*

 

LET’S ANALYZE THESE METHODOLOGIES IN LINE WITH SUNNAH AND SCIENTIFIC FACTS

ASSUMPTIONS: ONE

‘’You lived for 60 years, and each day of your life, You slept 8 hrs in the 60years, You would have spent exactly 20 years just sleeping’’.

We illustrate few verses on sleeping in the Holy Quran:

Holy Quran chapter 51.56

وَمَا خَلَقۡتُ ٱلۡجِنَّ وَٱلۡإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعۡبُدُونِ (٥٦)

I have only created jinns and men, that they may serve Me. (Holy Quran chapter 51.56).

Then Quran chapter 6 verse 162.

(١٦١) قُلۡ إِنَّ صَلَاتِى وَنُسُكِى وَمَحۡيَاىَ وَمَمَاتِى لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِينَ (١٦٢)

Say: "Truly, my prayer and my service of sacrifice, my life and my death are (all) for Allah, the Cherisher of the Worlds: (Holy Quran chapter 6.162).

The part of the night they spent asleep was small and they would seek forgiveness before the dawn. (Holy Quran chapter 51:17-18).

(١٩) ۞ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَعۡلَمُ أَنَّكَ تَقُومُ أَدۡنَىٰ مِن ثُلُثَىِ ٱلَّيۡلِ وَنِصۡفَهُ ۥ وَثُلُثَهُ ۥ وَطَآٮِٕفَةٌ۬ مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ مَعَكَ‌ۚ وَٱللَّهُ يُقَدِّرُ ٱلَّيۡلَ وَٱلنَّہَارَ‌ۚ عَلِمَ أَن لَّن تُحۡصُوهُ فَتَابَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ‌ۖ فَٱقۡرَءُواْ مَا تَيَسَّرَ مِنَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ‌ۚ عَلِمَ أَن سَيَكُونُ مِنكُم مَّرۡضَىٰ‌ۙ وَءَاخَرُونَ يَضۡرِبُونَ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ يَبۡتَغُونَ مِن فَضۡلِ ٱللَّهِ‌ۙ وَءَاخَرُونَ يُقَـٰتِلُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ‌ۖ فَٱقۡرَءُواْ مَا تَيَسَّرَ مِنۡهُ‌ۚ وَأَقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتُواْ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَأَقۡرِضُواْ ٱللَّهَ قَرۡضًا حَسَنً۬ا‌ۚ وَمَا تُقَدِّمُواْ لِأَنفُسِكُم مِّنۡ خَيۡرٍ۬ تَجِدُوهُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ هُوَ خَيۡرً۬ا وَأَعۡظَمَ أَجۡرً۬ا‌ۚ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرُواْ ٱللَّهَ‌ۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ۬ رَّحِيمُۢ (٢٠)

The Lord doth know that thou standest forth (to prayer) nigh two-thirds of the night, or half the night, or a third of the night, and so doth a party of those with thee. But Allah doth appoint Night and Day in due measure. He knoweth that ye are unable to keep count thereof. So He hath turned to you (in mercy): read ye, therefore, of the Qur'an as much as may be easy for you. He knoweth that there may be (some) among you in ill-health; others travelling through the land, seeking of Allah's bounty; yet others fighting in Allah's Cause. Read ye, therefore, as much of the Qur'an as may be easy (for you); and establish regular Prayer and give regular Charity; and loan to Allah a Beautiful Loan. And whatever good ye send forth for your souls, Ye shall find it in Allah's presence― yea, better and greater, in Reward, And seek ye the Grace of Allah: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. ((Holy Quran chapter 73.20)

So We sealed their ears with sleep in the cave for a number of years. (Holy Quran chapter 18:11)

You would have supposed them to be awake whereas in fact they were asleep. We moved them to the right and to the left, and, at the entrance, their dog stretched out its paws. If you had looked down and seen them, you would have turned from them and run and have been filled with terror at the sight of them. (Holy Quran chapter 18:18)

It is He Who made the night a cloak for you and sleep a rest, and He made the day a time for rising. (Holy Quran chapter 25:47)

Allah takes back people's selves when their death arrives and those who have not yet died, while they are asleep. He keeps hold of those whose death has been decreed and sends the others back for a specified term. There are certainly Signs in that for people who reflect. (Holy Quran chapter 39:42)

We made your sleep a break. (Holy Quran chapter 78:9)

Thus, 20 years sleeping by the originator of this social media falls short of ‘’our life Ibadat to Allah’’ but grossly calculate these years which is misguided non Sunnah hypothesis.

Scientifically one sleeps which facts support due to medically obtained researches of body metabolism.

ASSUMPTIONS: TWO

2. You worked for 8hrs a day; You would have spent 20 years just working Usually Childhood takes 15years.

These are mere hypothesis.

Islamically any instructions in the Holy Quran are universal and global in the sharia code. Working 8 hours is more or less related to offices but not to cattle (animal husbandry) or farmers (agriculture) or fish farmers in the sea or river or market men and women etc. do these people limit their work to 8 hours a day?

The hypotheses failed to capture non-office workers number of hours worked per day.

On the point of 15 years childhood, Islam gave children to practice their religion before reaching 10 years etc. there are children who have memorized whole Quran before 15.

The wrong calculation failed to redressed annual leave or weekends or public holidays etc. taken by the office workers.

Islam disliked falsehood and do not give room for lies or misleading information or baseless hypothesis.

These failed both scientifically and Islamically in addressing 8 hours a day.

ASSUMPTIONS: THREE

4. Sat on the dining table twice a day for thirty minutes, You would have spent 3 years just eating.

According to Islam, the number of times we eat is not stated but conveniences at will as we have fasting and non-fasting periods of eating.

Let’s see what we eat and eating pattern as pointed out in the Quran:

Do not eat anything over which the name of Allah has not been mentioned. To do so is sheer deviance. The Satans inspire their friends to dispute with you. If you obeyed them you would then be idolaters. (Holy Quran chapter 6:121)

And He created livestock. There is warmth for you in them, and various uses and some you eat. (Holy Quran chapter 16:5)

It is Allah Who has given you livestock, some for you to ride and some to eat. (Holy Quran chapter 40:79)

There will be many fruits in it for you to eat. (Holy Quran chapter 43:73)

It is He Who made the sea subservient to you so that you can eat fresh flesh from it and bring out from it ornaments to wear. And you see the ships cleaving through it so that you can seek His bounty, and so that hopefully you will show thanks. (Holy Quran chapter 16:14)

They (the Disciples) said, 'We want to eat from it and for our hearts to be at peace and to know that you have told us the truth and to be among those who witness it.' (Holy Quran chapter 5:113)

They say, 'What is the matter with this Messenger that he eats food and walks in the market-place? Why has an angel not been sent down to him so that it can be a warner along with him? Why has treasure not been showered down on him? Why does he not have a garden to give him food?' The wrongdoers say, 'You are merely following a man who is bewitched.' (Holy Quran chapter 25:7-8)

We never sent any Messengers before you who did not eat food and walk in the market-place. But We have made some of you a trial for others to see if you will be steadfast. Your Lord sees everything. (Holy Quran chapter 25:20)

Do they not see how We drive water to barren land and bring forth crops by it which their livestock and they themselves both eat? So will they not see? (32:27)

You who believe! Do not go into the Prophet's rooms except when you are invited to come and eat. Do not wait there while the food is being cooked. However, when you are called, go in, and when you have eaten, disperse, not remaining there to chat with one another. (Holy Quran chapter 33:53)

A Sign for them is the dead land which We bring to life and from which We bring forth grain of which they eat. (Holy Quran chapter 36:33)

We place in it gardens of dates and grapes, and cause springs to gush out in it, so they may eat its fruits-they did not do it themselves. So will they not be thankful? (Holy Quran chapter 36:34-35)

They will eat from it and fill their bellies with it. (Holy Quran chapter 37:66)

Allah will admit those who believe to Gardens with rivers flowing under them. Those who disbelieve have their enjoyment, eating as cattle eat, but the Fire will be their final residence. (Holy Quran chapter 47:12)

ASSUMPTIONS: CONCLUSION

*What Will be your answer on the day of judgment when you're asked about your time on earth?*

Here the information is objective as it summarizes human life but not part of the hypothetical information of 60 years stated above and circulated by social media.

وَٱلۡعَصۡرِ (١) إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ لَفِى خُسۡرٍ (٢) إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ (٣)

Al-Asr Chapter 103
In The Name Of Allah, The Beneficent, The Merciful

By (the Token of) time (through the Ages), (1) Verily Man is in loss, (2) Except such as have Faith, and do righteous deeds, and (join together) in the mutual teaching of Truth, and of Patience and Constancy. (3)

The steadfast, the truthful, the obedient, the givers, and those who seek forgiveness before dawn. (Holy Quran chapter 3:17).

ALLAH INSTRUCTS ANGEL ISRAFEEL TO BLOW THE HORN TWICE.

The first is to ready every seed for germination. Water of Life is then poured upon these seeds in their graves. The soul comes back from the barzakh to join its biological entity at this time. The second blow of the trumpet helps those seeds to germinate and produce every person back to normal. They come out of their graves in a state of shock, naked without any clothes or shoes.
"The trumpet will be sounded when all that are in the heavens and in the earth will swoon except such as will please Allah (to exempt). Then will a second one be sounded, when, behold, they will be standing and looking on!" (Holy Quran chapter 39:68) "The trumpet shall be sounded, when behold! From the sepulchers (men and women from grave) will rush forth to their Lord! They will say: 'Ah! Woe unto us! Who had raised us up from out beds of repose?' (A voice will say: ) 'This is what Allah, Most Gracious had promised, and true was the word of the messengers!" (Holy Quran chapter 36:51-52).
Everyone will be raised up with the same identification features down to our very fingerprints. "Does man think that We cannot assemble his bones? Nay, We are able to put together in perfect order the very tips of his fingers." (Holy Quran chapter 75:3-4).
After our rebirth our journey continues as each of us is taken to a place of Assembly. "On that day We shall leave them to surge life waves on one another. The trumpet will be blown, and We shall collect them all together. (Holy Quran chapter 18:99)

All will be waiting for the Court of Allah, the Court of Justice to decide for them. The Day of Assembly is a day of fear, agony and anxiety. It is a day when each of us will be worried about what will happen to us personally. "At length, when there comes the Deafening Noise--that day shall a man flee from his own brother, and from his mother and his father, and from his wife and his children. Each one of them, that Day, will have enough concern (of his own) to make him indifferent to the others." (Holy Quran chapter 80:33-37).
With the heat of sun, sweating, and presence of too many people next to one another, the situation will be very scary and chaotic. "O mankind! Fear your Lord! For the convulsion of the Hour (of Judgement) will be a thing terrible! The Day you shall see it, every mother giving suck shall forget her suckling babe, and every pregnant female shall drop her load (unformed). You shall see mankind as in a drunken riot, yet not drunk; but dreadful will be the Chastisement of Allah." (Holy Quran chapter 22:1-2).
On this day seven groups of people will be protected by Allah, these are mentioned in Hadith: "Seven types of people will be under the shelter of mercy on the Day when there will be no shade other than that of Allah's mercy: 1) a just imam, 2) a young person who kept busy in Allah's worship, 3) a person whose heart is attached to the masjid, 4)two people who loved each other for Allah's sake, gathered for His sake and parted, remembering Him, 5) a man who was invited by a beautiful and charming woman but declined her offer, saying "I fear Allah"; 6) a person who gave charity so secretly that their left hand did not know what was given by the right hand , and 7) a person who remembered Allah privately, so that their eyes brimmed with tears." [Bukhari, Muslim].
Each person shall then be grouped behind his or her leader, prophet, messenger, mentor, celebrity, etc. All will be put in lines waiting for the Court of Allah to take place and our journey to continue. "On the day We shall call together all human beings with their (respective) Imams" (Holy Quran chapter 17:71).

FINALLY

My brothers and sisters, be careful in forwarding unverified information or doubtful information or false etc. you will account for what you speak, translate, or explain or accept from unknown areas without reference to Sunnah. Be careful Allah doesn’t sleep as follows:

Allah, there is no god but Him, the Living, the Self-Sustaining. He is not subject to drowsiness or sleep. Everything in the heavens and the earth belongs to Him. Who can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what is behind them but they cannot grasp any of His knowledge save what He wills. His Footstool encompasses the heavens and the earth and their preservation does not tire Him. He is the Most High, the Magnificent. (Holy Quran chapter 2:255).

Abdullah bin Umar reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said, “Every one of you is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock. The leader of the people is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects: a man is the guardian of his family and is responsible for his subjects, a woman is the guardian of her husband’s home and of his children and is responsible for them, and the slave of a man is a guardian of his master’s property and is responsible for it. Surely, every one of you is a shepherd and responsible for his flock.”  [Sahih Muslim, Book 20, Number 4496]

Say: "This is my way; I invite unto Allah (i.e. to the Oneness of Allah) with sure knowledge, I and whosoever follows me with sure knowledge ...[Holy Qur`an Chapter Yoosuf 12:108].

So everything that you do, share, preach, correct, instruct, answer, question, or even follow something or someone make sure this verse is in your mind and you do it with SURE KNOWLEDGE.

Do not speak, comment, type, reply, answer, etc. until and unless you aren't sure.

I remember an incident mentioned in the books of Ma`thoor, wherein one of our salaf who was corrected from his error said: “Shame in this world is better than fire in the after (i.e hereafter)" .

So there is no shame in correcting yourself. For some it's very hard, but for some, Allah has made this honesty and humility very easy.
